Kendrick T. Clack is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with experience in routine primary care, gender-affirming care, and specialties in hepatitis and HIV. He has certifications from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Academy of HIV Medicine.
He has received recognition as Nurse of the Year and Forty under Forty Leaders in Minority Health. Some of his professional and civic engagements include the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, National Black Nurses Association, Delta Phi Upsilon Fraternity, Inc., and Gay Lesbian Bisexual and Transgender Political Caucus.

I graduated from Texas Woman's University with Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2006 and Masters of Science in Nursing in 2014. Prior to TWU, I attended Texas Southern University.
I enjoy working with people and consider it a privilege to partner with them on their health journey.
